Why can they print?? A conversation about online testing.
Assessing students in an online environment is alternatively enthralling, overwhelming and frustrating. Instructors are sometimes shocked to discover that students can print or take screenshots of online tests, or that the text banks to all the major textbooks are for sale on the web. How can you be certain you’re accurately assessing students when they are able to print or copy by hand all of the questions in your exams?
